Christmas is just around the corner – so we want to take this moment to say thank you.
As many of you know, we are not an Amazon, not a large corporation, but a small family project – born out of our love for alpacas and a journey that hasn't always been easy.
We strive to do everything with heart: packaging your orders, writing little texts, sharing fluffy moments. And your feedback shows us that a lot of it resonates with you – that means a lot to us.
Of course, not everything always goes perfectly. Sometimes things take longer, sometimes a shipment gets lost, or we make a mistake. But we always try to help quickly and personally. This year, thanks to you, we were able to grow – and also give back.
As part of our small Mental Health Initiative, we have now been able to donate 1,100 EUR and give away 800 small alpacas to spread courage, comfort, and a little fluffiness. This would not have been possible without you.
In the new year, we want to show you even more beautiful alpaca products – from us, from our partners, and hopefully soon with our own herd's designs.
